• Los Angeles will move to renegotiate its whopping interest rate swap deals, City Council voted Wednesday. “The city has already paid more than $104 million in debt service tied to the interest rate swaps, and could pay in excess of $65 million more by 2028,” the Los Angeles Times reports.
