• Fifteen former students of colleges owned by Corinthian Colleges, one of the world’s largest for-profit education companies, are going on debt strike; Sarah Jaffe and Vauhini Vara report.
• The FBI doesn’t seem to want the public to learn about the use of sting-ray cell phone trackers by local police, reports Ars Technica. And these trackers are coming to towns near you with very little public review or comprehension.

Divorce papers from hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin’s split from his wife detail their $1 million-per-month lifestyle, including $300,000 per month in intercontinental private jet travel, “$6,800 a month for groceries, $7,200 a month for restaurant meals, $8,000 a month for gifts and $2,000 a month for stationery,” according to NBC News. Now that’s a lot of stationery!
