Montana Ray

Montana Ray holds an MFA in poetry and translation and a Ph.D. in comparative literature from Columbia University. She translates from Portuguese and Spanish and writes poetry and nonfiction. Ray is Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU, where her classes include “A Century of Travel Writing” and “Lives and Archives,” an introduction to archival work.
