• Today in Labor Strikes: maybe (?) the only thing that American oil refinery workers represented by United Steelworkers and the crew of Sharknado 3 have in common.

• Today in Billionaires: According to Forbes, New York City has the most billionaires of any city in the world (seventy-eight billionaires, at the moment), followed closely by Moscow and Hong Kong. San Francisco is farther down on the list than you may have imagined (tenth); maybe SF billionaires aren’t the most numerous, they’re just the most annoying.
