Natalia Mendoza

Natalia Mendoza is an anthropologist and nonfiction writer from Mexico. She currently lives in Sonora, Mexico, where she codirects Altar CI, a social, artistic, and ecological research station. She is the author of Conversaciones del desierto: Cultura y tráfico de drogas, El extravío de los signos, and Bitácora de un regreso al fin del mundo. Her writing has appeared in Nexos, Letras Libres, Travesías, and Revista de la Universidad.
